A. General Instructions:

It is mandatory for the presenters to get registered for the conference. A Registered Delegate only can apply under one of the following categories:

Group: 1 – Undergraduate Dental Students & Interns

Group: 2 – Post Graduate Dental Students

Group: 3 – Professionals (BDS, MDS/ Researchers)

Category 1: Original Research

Category 2: Systematic Analysis

Category 3: Case Series/ Case Reports

Category 4: Review Articles.

Maximum Two. **If two people are presenting then both delegates need to register for the conference. All the winning participants will be given individual certificates and trophies.

B. Guidelines for E-Poster Abstract Submission

1:Title of the abstract should be concise and should not exceed 30 words. The complete title should be capitalized and should not contain abbreviations.

2:Abstracts should not exceed 200 words and should be submitted with 

Font Style: Times New Roman

Font Size: 12

Alignment: Justified with a spacing of 1.5.

3:No references, tables, charts, or drawings are allowed in the abstracts.

4:Abstract body shall not include any indication of the personal details of the authors. Submit your abstract at dentomaxacademy@gmail.com

C. Guidelines for E-Poster Presentation

1:Posters will be submitted in the form of e-posters only in the form of JPEG format at 300 dpi resolution, file size not more than 15 Mb. 

2:Work should not be previously presented.

3:Time allowed for delegates poster- 3 mins presentation and 2 min Q&A
